"My family and I really enjoyed staying at this well-appointed house. It looked really new and it was very clean. The living areas were spacious with lots of comfortable seating for the 5 of us. "This property was awesome. The location was great and the space and charm was very nice. We were only disappointed that only one bedroom had a TV. Please add Roku TVs to all rooms before our next visit. Also the downstairs tub drained really slow. We loved the sectional in the living room. Beds were very comfortable. It would be great if the deck to the hot tub reached the back door. We are already planning a summer trip back. Such a great place!"

"I have stayed at the other cabin on the property last summer so I was familiar with the area and process and everything went well in that regard. The bungalow had an odd smell when we first entered and a ton of dead flies and lady bugs around the bathroom and kitchen. But otherwise we had zero complaints and enjoyed our stay! Will definitely consider using this property again for another stay in the mountains. "

"My family loved the history and charm of Victorian Orchard. We we so pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for the holidays complete with a decorated tree and Christmas music playing! We even had a white Christmas as it snowed the first few days we were there. We had plenty of room for all the family who planned to stay. We hiked, visited Ft. Necessity and Braddocks grave, Kentuck Knob, Cucumber Falls and other beautiful vistas in Ohiopyle. Was a perfect Christmas! "

"We enjoyed this quaint cottage tucked away, but yet close enough to the main road. It was just the right size for a couples weekend and appointed with everything we needed for this trip. What a nice surprise to find the Winery just around the bend. After a long day of hiking ohiopyle and exploring falling water, it was nice to enjoy some music at the Winery and then head back to the cottage and make a fire in the fireplace. "This is the cutest property, and the location is perfect! It’s right between a winery and a distillery. There are also food choices within walking distance. The hot tub and fire pit are icing on the cake. (The chairs by the fire pit need to be cleaned, but it’s a small detail that’s easily fixed). We will definitely be back!!!"
