"Property was very nice and clean. Three minor issues are that breakfast items get restocked slow, we waited for bacon every morning. Also, the safe in our room wasn't working and the bathroom floor around the toilet was always wet as if it was leaking. Other than that it is very beautiful and staff was very nice and accomadating."

"I have seen mixed reviews and I was surprised by this resort. Amazing beach and access, AC was cool in the room, everything worked, wifi wasn’t bad for Cancun and the food was good enough to have seconds. It’s not a 5star in Tulum but def not a bad place to spend a few days in Cancun "

"The resort was very nice and the rooms are huge. Having a kitchen was nice. The restaurants had good food although they are expensive. They do have a little sports bar to watch the game or you could watch TV in your room. It is across the street from a dive shop and you can simply walk over and they can take you for a dive at Isla Mujeres. Everyone was super nice and professional. We didn't do an all inclusive. Just the hotel for a couple of nights. Worth the money. "

"There is nowhere else to go eat. The food there is super expensive tacos are the cheapest food you could buy anywhere and I paid 25 dollars for 3 tacos and 3 quesadillas crazy. The staff members were not the friendliest and the pool was a bit dirty. "

"We booked the 2 bedroom villa, it was beautiful and the pictures matched. At check in, they said we could get bottled water any time and it was free, but it actually isn’t and you only get 2 complimentary bottles a day.. even if there are 4 people in your room.. the pools were great and well maintained. "I love the concierge service on the club side, your room gets clean everyday and they turn down your room every night. Michelle made my reservation and gave me the info on the hotel everyday we were there the mini bar is excepcional and you actually have real liquor bottles in your room no airline size bottles."

"Wonderful relaxing vacation from the moment I arrived. At the front desk, friendly faces welcoming a solo traveler & very helpful. Dining room service, at the pool service & bar service was wonderful. Dont forget to TIP YOUR SERVERS. Clean rooms great air conditioning, great balcony views. Beautiful place, great value... was there before...will be back again. Was there offseason so overcrowding not an issue. Don't forget to tip your servers"

"The atmosphere and energy was fantastic! My main complaint was the tactics used to try and sell their Premier membership. They wanted one hour of our time to explain the benefits, but it turned into 2 1/2 hours of high pressure salesmanship."

"The evening shows were great. Zero to very short wait for restaurants. Rooms were cool. Water hot. Great water pressure. Special requests were accommodated. Staff super friendly. Walking distance to shops. Felt safe. All rooms have good ocean view. Food always available regardless of time of day. The neon party at the neighboring RIU was super fun for all ages, shapes and sizes—don’t miss out! Saw a couple beach vendors but they didn’t stay long. Not sure if it’s because nobody was buying or because staff chased them away. Whatever the case it was nice not being bothered. We would totally go back to this resort. "
