"Monica was the friendliest most enthusiastic host we’ve stayed with. Everything from her greeting to the amazing breakfast was perfect. She does a lot of baking, so the breakfast was really a treat and you could also get eggs cooked in various ways. The room was a little small but very comfortable. Parking was on the street, but it was fairly close and easy."

"Beautiful place, extremely clean, fantastic breakfast. Had trouble getting a taxi the hotel owner provided a free ride for us to go to town, nearby market and restaurant. We were extremely happy with everything. Also a nice walking trail by a beautiful lake"

"Great place to stay near Florence. Very near and convenient if you need to be in Grassina. Good transportation by bus to Florence, but is ideal if you have a car to move around the beautiful Tuscany region. Breakfast is very good, and the staff couldn't be better hosts. Comfortable and clean rooms."

"Cecilia was an amazing and attentive host. She was able to make breakfast for us very early in the morning so that we could start our day early and we really enjoyed our vacation here. "Appena arrivati ci hanno accolto con un bicchiere di prosecco nel patio e ci hanno anche omaggiato di un upgrade di camera. Vista la stagione la piscina era ancora chiusa ma il prato curatissimo con fiori che crescevano qua e la e un profumo di campagna veramente memorabile. La camera è bellissima con una doccia in marmo molto grande ed il letto molto comodo. La sera abbiamo mangiato all'interno della Villa, sembrava una favola! La mattina dopo abbiamo fatto una cooking class e siamo partiti!...

"The place is very cute. There is a great wine tasting place down the gravel road. The mixology place in walking distance up on the main road. 3 min from Pazzano’s restaurants. Greve is bigger but in the valley. I would suggest Pazzano to stay. We had a room with 4 beds as it was 4 of us. It was tight up in a mezzanine. Family with two kids would enjoy it. Grown people not so much. Personnel was very helpful. Breakfast is very decent. Overall very good place"

"There was so much less space than in the pictures! We had expected there would be more, since the photo showed a large space near the door. There was no fridge. The air conditioning wasn't very good, and the owner warned us not to turn it up because "it's august, so no one will come to fix it". Communications with the owner said there would be breakfast at the restaurant, however there was only cereal provided in the room. "Pros: quiet and clean and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and room and bathroom were spacious. Cons: Ok breakfast. Had to call ahead to plan check in. They were doing construction on the next room over until 10:00pm. "
