"Monica and her staff were kind, polite, and extremely Helpful with directions, bringing up luggage, providing bus tickets, and calling a taxi for us. Dino provided us with attentive service at breakfast, which is included. Very reasonable rates for all services and comfort provided. They run the hotel in a very professional manner to accommodate guests. The hotel and rooms are very clean and quaint. A great night’s sleep in they’re comfortable beds and linens. You have access to everything you need there and you feel safe and cozy. A local bus runs every few minutes in the direction of the main attractions. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Florence. "

"This is a beautiful little hotel - but it is very “self service”. There is no desk or human to greet you, although Lucy, the delightful young woman who is there to set up breakfast and help with check out makes up for it! This is a great location - several great restaurants nearby, a good bus #23 service to Centro, although it’s a nice, 20 minute walk to the Duomo."

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station). Apparently the buses were on strike? So no bus for us. But overall a great place to launch into Florence for the few days we were there. We enjoyed our stay! "

"It was pleasant surprise as I arrived at this property as it was same day booking when my long standing arrangement with another hotel was cancelled. I was greeted by friendly smiles from Isabella that makes us feel welcome. Good services from Franklin and the next day Giulia the concierge has been nothing but outstanding. They were available to my every beck and call. I would def stay at this place again. The outskirts of Florence is beautiful. A great place to soar in the country atmosphere "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ferrucci. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The staff made every effort to try to explain things in English as we did not speak Italian. Additionally, staff assisted with carrying luggage to our room and offered expresso/cappuccino when we departed. It was exactly what we pictured with regards to a European hotel. The rooms are small, but the hotel has so much character and is very charming. There are so many dining options close by that are easily accessible by foot. Additionally, the bus stop to get into the Florence City Centre is a two minute walk. It can be a bit loud during the night hours, but the area was far less busy than the inner city. We would definitely stay here again. "
