"Check-in was a nightmare! The host needs to prepare a totally new plan to get the guest into the property. Arrangements need to be made upon reserving the property. The host claimed she had sent emails to us a few days before arrival, but we never received them. We were on a cruise to Europe and we never received emails she sent a few days before arrival. Hosts should make all the arrangements at booking and all the hassle can be avoided. Put keypad locks on the doors and give the guest the code...

The kitchen was well equipped but didn’t have coffee or laundry detergent- not a big deal. The balcony is a bit small but perfect for two people to sit outside and enjoy a beautiful sunset.
