"Breakfast was quite good as was the location. The room was comfortable. I really only have one criticism and that is the lack of towel hooks was made the bathroom facilities a bit awkward.. a simple fix. The driver they arranged to take us to the bus station was outstanding. We would stay again"

"7 minute walk from the train station, sort of midpoint between the station and the canal area, right by the shopping mall. Which makes this location walkable. Plenty of bars, cafes and eateries near by although I was there on Christmas eve and lest things were shutting down I got a takeout from the food court in the mall. Shower- nice and hot, good pressure. Noise- given my room faced the main street the insulation was surprisingly good. I did hear some street noise but mostly sound proof...

The hotel/apartment itself was comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. "Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. I strongly recommend the chalet. "
