"Hotel itself is great. Close to transit options and landmarks if visiting Ottawa as a tourist. Room was excellent and staff were also amazing. Only downside is that area nearby doesn't have much in terms of late-night food options so if arriving in Ottawa late, will want to head towards Byward Market for dining."

"Went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and from check in until check out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we not only had everything we needed, but enjoyed our stay! The valet staff were lovely and efficient, the restaurant, 41, staff were great and our room was absolutely beautiful with amazing views out all the windows! The front desk staff also celebrated my daughter’s birthday and made sure it was her best one yet!!! This was one of three best hotel stays we’ve had anywhere in a very long time!"

"Loved that it was right downtown but tucked away nicely so you could still be away from the hub but close enough to walk it... liked, but my car didnt, the underground parking it was very steep and my car is low so scraped all the way down ... wasnt a huge fan of paying for parking but this I know some hotels do though, I do like that the car could stay longer after I checked out "
