"Every staff person that I interacted with was very friendly and the property looks great. However, I was very disappointed when my room was serviced, and It looks like there was no attention to detail. In fact, the housekeeper changed out all of my towels but one of them was discolored and looked used. Then they failed to clean my shower and left soap residue near the drain. Other than that, the room was nice, but that lack of diligence and cleaning my room made my last couple days...

"I wasn't very fond of this property's looks and the feeling that some of the other people staying there were involved in shady activities. Of course, that feeling is not limited to this property but a significant portion of Tulsa, and it was just a vague, unsupported feeling. I prefer to make decisions based on hard facts and logic.So,logically speaking, This was a very clean property and the staff were top notch. Everything was perfectly fine and a good value."

"Good rooms but the laundry rooms washer was not working during our entire stay"

"We stay here every September when we visit Oklahoma. It's always been a nice place to stay but this time it was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and willing to help you. Deborah at the front desk is the best! She's an asset to this hotel. Deborah directed us to a place to eat and it didn't disappoint. I hope she's still working here next September."
