"I don’t know why Expedia says the hotel has no elevator, which is incorrect. Shiodome may not be the most convenient location like Shinjuku or Shibuya, but it still offers very convenient access to all the popular destinations via the Oedo metro line. The hotel is right above the metro station and within a short walk to Shimbashi station. The hotel is clean, has self-service laundry facilities, and vending machines on guest floors. The staff are super helpful. "

"This property was outstanding. The staff were friendly and had great English. Transportation was very convenient, and there was so much to do in the area. The bed was also phenomenal. The only downside is having to transfer elevators to get to the floors for the rooms, but it wasn't a huge inconvenience."

"This was a clean, simple room that was great as a landing spot after full days of walking around Tokyo. It is conveniently located next to a subway stop, which made getting back from anywhere in the city easy. For folks interested in Golden Gai, it is also a very short walk to there. It felt safe, and the staff were extremely helpful and nice. The table with bathroom items was always well stocked and had great quality items (that hair conditioner!!). Breakfast was a good mix of Japanese foods and Western breakfast items. The staff in the restaurant where breakfast was served were also very helpful and good at keeping things clean and reatocked. The room size was small but manageable, which we expected (we did get the queen bed, which was comfortable and worth the slightly less space). We were happy with our stay and appreciate the staff at this hotel very much!"
