"If you are looking a for a good hotel with kitchen, this is it. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare dinner with ingrediences you get in many near depachikos. Room is spacious, you will have no problem to open your suitcase. Location is great, near Asakusa and Ginza via subway. Will definitely return back."

"We booked this hotel because it was very cheap. It had tons of amenities, full kitchen, laundry. This is far from hotel quality. It was self check-in and they email the entry codes 30min before check-in so try to have data or public wifi to get this information. First impressions was that it was very dirty and stained everywhere. It looked like it was lightly vacuumed and everything else pushed under the bed and couch. "This place says it can comfortably sleep 3, but neither the mattress nor futon were comfortable. Great location, and it was very clean, but would not stay here again unless the mattress or futon were updated. We were excited to leave to sleep in more comfortable beds."

"The 2 twin beds were too small for a family of 4. They should not have posted for 4 persons. One of the beds has lots of quirky sound from the bed frame and the mattess perhaps need a change as the spring is lob sided .The mirror has water mark in the bath room."

The owner is almost always available for communication and will help with practically everything they can. "Location is great for travellers who’ll take the Shinkansen for the next journey of their trip. Having a konbini with a currency exchange machine is very convenient. The staff responded to our inquiries and requests at a timely manner. Property is well-maintained. The pics in Mimaru’s website show a good representation of the suites we booked."

"The single room is going to feel small to Americans, but it was perfect with its amenities and space for me as a solo traveler. There was room underneath the bed to slide my baggage to keep it out of the way after I unpacked. The curtains worked really well to block out light for sleeping. Bed was firm, but I'm a back sleeper so that was fine by me. I appreciated having the option to see the status of the Laundromat machines from the room's TV main menu. There's no machine for getting change to use the laundry and it runs on only some QR code payments or multiple 100yen coins, so you may have to try and get some spare change after buying something from the vending machine nearby. I arrived hours about 6 hours before check in and they were able to store my luggage, and also the same after check out where I went out to tour for the day before I came back to get my bags and head to the airport. There are 3 metro/train stations within a 5-10 minute walk of the hotel. I also appreciated the walking distance to the Tokyo Dome since I was going there several days for events. I did not opt for the breakfast buffet plan, since I'd usually pick up something light to eat from the convenience stores. I did try out the weekday lunch special at the Hirakawa restaurant ar the hotel and that was also a really nice meal and service experience. Overall, I had a very comfortable, quiet, stay and felt safe here. Definitely want to stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!"
