"The location to broadway was close and walking distance. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. When we checked out, we didn’t realize we left clothing in the closet. We were able to contact the hotel and they provided a website to report our items lost/left behind. It was quick and simple. Within a few days they were able to find our items and have them shipped back to us. This service is appreciated and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Nashville. "

"We had an amazing stay at the Virgin Hotels Nashville! The lobby, commons club, pool bar were all fantastic amenities onsite. The beds are comfortable, the layout of the room was perfect (particularly the bathroom and dressing area when staying with three adults), and the staff were very friendly. There was an event there on our last night, so we were a bit disappointed that we couldn't eat at the commons club. We ended up getting room service which was unclear from communications amongst...

"We loved our stay here. It was just outside of the hustle and bustle but the comfort of our room was awesome. Like a small efficiency apartment. Loved the old brick style of this hotel. Great Nashville vibe! Staff was friendly and our bartender Gabe was awesome!! Beds were very comfortable and the shower was light getting a massage! Will definitely stay here again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
