"The house and property are stunning and comfortable! We were looking for an outdoor Tennessee experience with all of the comforts and found it! My husband and I traveled with our 3 year old and my 75 year old parents. Everyone had fun walking down to the river, saying hello to the cows and watching the wildlife from the house. The birding was a highlight, including bluebirds, cardinals, woodpeckers, hawks, and more. We enjoyed paddling around the “islands” including 10 minutes to the 49 bridge...

"The property host communicated clear directions for check in and out. When I arrived the property was very clean and stocked nicely. In a very nice location in a peaceful setting with beautiful sunrises. Their sweet dog even visited me while I was watching the sunrise and let me pet it. :) overall way better than a hotel. "

"Beautiful apt but “sleeps 4” label is somewhat misleading in that, even though it sets it out in full description somewhat, other than the bed, there’s a COT & a sofa, NOT a sleeper sofa. Not receiving the entry code for the apt until 2 hrs prior to check-in left me feeling a little anxious. Also, the check-in/check-out times are oppressive, 10:00 AM & 4:00 PM, which w/a slight adjustment would be just fine. "
