"Nice and small motel tucked away behind a Korean all you can eat buffet. There are also several other restaurants nearby, such as Aladdin or Ma's House. Havana Grill is one of the few Cuban restaurants. Pets are welcome, unlike at Pleasant Inn next door or California Suites. There are some strange characters but keep in mind this is one of the most central locations to the entire city, and near businesses as well as excellent Asian food."

"I go to SD once a year to see my cousin and get some West coast rays during winter! I have two foster sons with me now and stayed at this VRBO with my 2 yo and 17 yo. It was perfect. Very Very Bright and welcoming! I will stay again next winter!"

"My family had a great time visiting the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park which was so close to this home. We could easily take a zoo break and eat lunch at home, picking up food from a selection of so many nearby restaurants. Grocery shopping was also easy with several local choices within 10 minutes. Host was quick to respond to questions and provided helpful snacks and drinks for when we didn’t have time the first night to shop yet. "
