Washer/dryer unit in bathroom a bit noisy and could hear neighbors washer/dryer but generally quiet residence, plenty of windows to include in the bathroom. Firm mattress if you like that, good ceiling fans AC unit, nice side yard and grille (did not use). Street parking, quiet area for the most part, walking distance to Adams Ave."
