"The staff were excellent, the grounds were beauitful but the pricing on any goods were way too expensive. Both restaurants pricing were extreme considering the portions. The service was substandard. It would be hard to go back because of this reason. The outdoor pool entrance is a hazzard. I cut my head going from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool. It took a layer of skin off my head. No hazzard signs. Very dangerous"

"We loved everything about our stay at Windermere House. Great room with a view of the lake and walkout balcony at reasonable prices. Sauna, hot tub and cold plunge were very relaxing and rejuvenating. Pub had great food, (pizza, smash burger and perch tacos) great atmosphere and very friendly staff. A la carte breakfast in the Rosseau room was delicious and our waitress was super friendly and attentive. We had the omelette and French toast. Jeannette at the front desk was very friendly and...
