"Hotel & room was fine. We were in town for a wedding & planned to check in at 3pm which was the check in time. We planned on getting dressed & ready at the hotel. I called ahead to make sure that would work, person on the phone stated that is fine. Once we arrived at 3pm they said room wasn’t ready. We would have made other plans if I was told on the phone the room wouldn’t have been ready so was disappointed with the delay and incorrect information. "My family very much enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and it was easy to get to. The proximity to Cooperstown worked very well for us, as did the ability to fish right across the street from the property - my son and I spent a good deal of time casting from the docks. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
