One suggestion: make supper from 6:30-8:30 and then start shows at 9:00...10:00 was too late for us. Coffee/Tea service in the rooms would be nice. And we suggest pool/sea side beverage service. "The staff get 12 out 10. Choice of different items in buffet are amazing. This is a 4* and they had king prawns on dinner menu on 21st december with the lower rates before Christmas. We are writing this review from a 5* hotel in malindi owned by a large italian chain on christmas eve and there is no dreams of having prawns on menu. Hands down an amazing experience. Only downside is the general cleanliness. The loos near the pool stink really bad "

"One thing very unique to this property it the entertainment (animation) team. Those guys, are over and beyond anyone expectations and makes this location a unique destination. They've activities all day, from dancing, aquarobics and live acrobatic and music shows, and all that for FREE, at no extra cost ... amazing.
