"This was the perfect vacation spot with our 3 year old!! Everything was in one place and we didn’t need to leave. We will be back every year! I do have some suggestions for management: -it would be great to receive a handout of all of the activities available at the property. We had no idea about the beach or bike rentals! And it would be helpful to know the hours of the waterpark and restaurant. -it would be awesome if the restaurant had an option for lunch sacks to allow guests to head down...

"The staff was so friendly we forgot some things at home they made sure we had it. The room was clean and spacious it was quiet and the daily cleaning staff made sure we had clean towels and anything we needed. Its going to be a place we go back to. Did not meet any unfriendly faces. Compared to other properties in Ames this was the best we have experianced. Will be our go to place when we stay there nice pool and hot tub. Full refriderator and small kitchen. We had plenty of room for family. "
