Staff and servicing my room was awesome. Only thing is to maybe have at least disinfecting wipes available to use in the fitness room. I'm sure it cuz no one uses it very often but I wasn't able to disinfect anything after use

Courteous staff at check in, check out, and at breakfast. Nice indoor pool 5 ft max depth, open late which was nice. Plenty of towels. Hot tub was occupied by a couple of guys drinking beer and resetting the timer, so I didn't want to intrude. Breakfast had hot and cold options. Standard carb options. Hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, and mozerella stick options were available. Bed was comfortable, pillows were a bit small and lumpy. Toilet paper needs improvement. Set alarm to wake up in am, but would have been unnecessary as footsteps and vibrations from guest in room above us was extremely noticeable (glad they were sleeping before we checked in?).

We listened to our neighbors dog bark for 2 hours straight. Contacted the front desk after 30 minutes, and again after 2 hours, and then vacated. Probably more of a dog owners issue than hotel, but hotels that allow pets need to have better policies in place.
