"We loved staying at this property right off the main highway through Estes Park. We normally stay in the summer time in Grand Lake, but we knew it might be a gamble in late October to get there, so we opted for this spot. And it was perfect. The cabin is well equipped for a small family or a couple (like us). The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked for making meals and plenty of room to spread out in the living room/front porch area. We enjoyed seeing the mule deer and turkeys right...

"The house was very spacious and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen was very nice and easy to cook in. Loved the supplies the owner provided. Abundant towels provided which was so nice. My son lives in the area so we will be returning in a few months and staying at another property of this owner. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and would stay here again if it were available. Chad is excellent and so easy to communicate with. "

"We had a quick trip to CO Springs in early November. The VRBO was fantastic. Very clean, great space. Exceptional Views!! First snowfall of the year and it was the perfect amount to add to the beauty of the fountains. The snow kept us from Pikes Peak but we did go to Garden of the Gods. Manitou Springs is a beautiful town as well. "

"Stayed for a couple nights to explore the area. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Had a question that she was very quick to respond to and assist with. In terms of short term rentals - it was immaculate. Also, I loved that we did not walk in to find a laundry list of unnecessary rules written down everywhere. "We had a wonderful stay. We were in visited family. Basically Arvada was in between our two daughters. We were walking distance to Old Town Arvada with its cute shops, bars, and fabulous German pastry shoppe. We were also a stones throw from Costco, theaters, and other restaurants. The VRBO was super clean and had a fabulous kitchen ensemble ! We are hoping to return! "
