"Loved how clean this hotel was. Cleanliness & safety are my top priorities when staying anywhere other than home, and this hotel definitely exceeded those expectations. My only complaints are our bed was uncomfortable and seemed to have a dip in the middle, so I kept rolling to the middle & it made sleep quite uncomfortable. "Hotel was very convenient for our needs. Reasonable rates. But the hotel needs refurbishing. Bathtub coating was chipping away. Bathroom door extremely difficult to close. No mini frig."

"I'm a little frustrated over this stay. My family stayed here for her cheer competition. The morning of the competition, my daughter came down with a stomach virus that led to 12 bouts of vomiting. Unfortunately my daughter didn't make it to the bathroom the first time, which led to vomit on the sheets and comforter. Because of this, I didnt get my deposit back. I've never stayed at a hotel that penalized parents for a child getting sick. Otherwise it was an okay stay."

"It was a beautiful place, but if you don’t have a car, the valet service to take you around the property can be a little unorganized. The front desk was attentive and nice. The person answering the phone when calling the front desk was unfriendly. Very curt. The food was ok. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable but I could not get the tv Comcast to work no matter how many phone calls or troubleshooting. Overall a fine experience. "
