NEW luxury lakeside retreat near RMNP, activities, downtown and restaurants.
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (24)
"This property is perfection. It accommodated 6 adults very comfortably. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We sat at the patio table every morning drinking our coffee and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and mountains and in the evenings, watched the elk take a swim in the lake. Upon arrival, we met the hosts and they are truly kind and genuine people. I felt right at home and can’t think of...

"Staying with Wendy & Tim is a delight - the suite adjoining their house is quaint and comfy and exactly the right amount of space for folks looking for a home base for mountain adventures. The space is private, but your hosts are so wonderful you’re gonna want to meet them and chat a bit. They were very gracious and welcoming and provided a host of little amenities that saved us time grabbing coffee/cream etc. looking forward to visiting again!"

The Flats
3.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (186)
"Like the brown stone building flavor. Very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Easy check in and entrance. Lots of traffic noise, light in bathroom was problematic. It would turn on and off throughout the night which meant the heater was closed off due to door being shut. Frig made a lot of freeze and thaw noises. Extra blankets would be welcomed. "

"The cabin was cute , very clean and well stocked. The heat worked great and kept us warm and comfortable during the night. However, the bathroom was small and the shower was very awkward. Really only room for one person to sit at the table unless you move it out blocking the back door. "
