"We stayed at the hotel twice in February ( 19th and on the 23rd and 24th). First prior to our domestic flight to Rapa Nui then before our international flight to Canada. The hotel is ideally located between the the Domestic and Internal terminals at SCL Airport, just a few minutes saunter from either terminal. "Not Pleased with experience we were assured that it was air cond, the expedia operator assures us that it was air cind. Unable to contact expedia for refund or change of apartment.. TV was not connected we had to ring everyday for access to TV and internet. Air fan was filthy, Iron board was crocked and iron was dangerous wires espoused, no stand for baggage. No shower holding rail for elderly or disable peoples. Toilet seat was loose."
