"The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. We had a great experience here "

"We stayed at the hotel twice in February ( 19th and on the 23rd and 24th). First prior to our domestic flight to Rapa Nui then before our international flight to Canada. The hotel is ideally located between the the Domestic and Internal terminals at SCL Airport, just a few minutes saunter from either terminal.
