"As we went into the building the security guard stopped us and asked us where we were going— we explained we were checking in and he directed us to the room in the building where the “front desk” is. We knocked on that door for close to 20 minutes; we knocked from 9 am to 9:20 before we gave up and came down the elevator to the main building (A -> B). "Very friendly and helpful staff/owner. The place has a cosy hostel like atmosphere (without being a hostel of course). Nice neighborhood too with some bars/cafes/restaurants. Not too far from metro station."
