"Older building with older, very conservative looking rooms. But very clean and spacious and with big, rain shower bath tub and powerful, very cold and quiet air-conditioning."

"The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again."

"This hotel is perfectly placed for the city life,food and shopping the local malls. Theres also 24hr McDonald's,Jollibee..and 7/11 all walking distance. The staff at lex are amazing. I have no complaints and already rebooked for another 2 days later this month. Taxi and grab drivers are easy to access as well. "

"I was a little concerned when I read mixed reviews of this property; however I’m so glad I stayed here. If you’re looking for a “true” high end resort, this may not be for you. There are a few areas that are a little tired and could use an upgrade, but the reason I’m happy I stayed here is because I managed my expectations for a property based on location, and didn’t compare it to North American standards.
