"I booked two family rooms and upon check in, me and my family went inside the room. Beds were made, however the room was full of cobwebs and dusts everywhere. The toilet hasn’t got a flush, the shower wasn’t working. I asked why wasn’t the room cleaned prior to us arriving. Staff told me they didn’t have anybody to clean due to staff days off. We were appalled and shocked with our accommodation and after an hour me and my family left and looked for an alternative accommodation. We couldn’t stay...

"Location is a bit far from highway but accessible via private vehicle. Twin aircon room (room 2E) for only 1000ph/night plus tax. 1 table and 1 chair only. Bed is average, 1 pillow/bed which is not so comfortable but ok for the room price. No hook or something to hang your clothes. No extra slippers. Cable TV, cold AC, portable Wifi and electric kettle available upon request. Electric sockets are limited. Toilet: Heater available, good water supply at 2nd floor but no hook at hang...
