"The Property in as of itself is Great!! All the staff and amenities were great. The problem I had with this reservation was the room I was in. I did not realize (my mistake) that the "by LSI" part was a privately owned room within the hotel complex. I had previously stayed at the Ala Moana Hotel and loved it. "Stayed at VIVE with my girlfiriend and we both thought that this hotel was great value for money! The amenities fees were WELL worth it - for 29$/day for 2 adults, you get Breakfast, tea, water, amazing fruit bowls, you can use beach towels/floaties, umbrellas, chairs, even sunscreen! The room itself was small, with shampoo/shower gel/conditioner provided in the bathroom. Hotel employees were all nice and willing to help with any questions we had about the stay or about Oahu in general....

"We liked the Grand Islander apartment - it was spacious, new and fairly clean. Service at front desk was decent, and housekeeping was also good. However, when we arrived with a lot of luggage there was no help offer from the bell desk. Also, service at the towel collection at Paradise Pool and Super Pool lacked any smiles. It would have also been nicer if the pools were a bit warmer."

"As good as it gets! The staff was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect. You can walk out of the hotel property and out to the best beach on Waikiki. Close to all of the best food and fun. The design of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. Met the nicest people up a the pool and the DJ up there at night is awesome!"

"Stayed here for Christmas 2024. The oceanfront rooms have an amazing ocean view and was one of the highlights of my trip. I would stay here again just for the view from the room. The location is also great, right next to all of the luxury brands and food options. The hotel itself was clean although on the older side. The room was on the smaller side but had a very comfortable, very large King bed. The bathroom could use an upgrade. Check in was smooth, no complaints about the staff or housekeeping."
