"Our stay was perfect. There were 3 of us so we booked a regular room attached to a parlor room. So, we had plenty of space and privacy when needed. We are also paranormal investigators there looking for our own proof of the ghosts of the hotel. We did get some activity on some of our devices on the 19th floor. no sightings however we were happy with what we got. Staff very friendly and overall the hotel was stunning. "

But what really made the visit was the courteous, kind staff, from the bellman that greeted us when the car drove up to the person at checkout."
