"The property has to be considered within the price, which is the lowest I paid in Sicily. For that it is reasonable. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There was parking which I appreciated. But, the place was quite run down - mould and flaking paint etc. No breakfast, and the closest shop you have to walk on a terrifying road with no pavement where you think every car might run you down. But, the price is certainly fair. Best for solo travellers."

"Stayed only for a night, but the hotel was fine! A nice breakfast, and a nice, large room with a balcony and a big bathroom. Location was good - not too close to the center of Nicolosi, but still a walking distance - about 10-15 minutes to the cafes and restaurants."

"This was a very cool property with tons of charm. We loved the facility and grounds and it was so close to the airport, yet had beautiful views making it feel in the countryside. The only downside was probably our dinner experience. We were there during off season so there was only one other diner for dinner in the large dining area with semi private, really cool romantic areas for tables, yet we were seated right next to the other diner and about half way through dinner the music stopped,...

"Its a quiet rural area. Peaceful and relaxing. The little hamlet is walkable. Restaurants, groceries and attractions near by. We loved this so much we booked it 3 separate times on this holiday. The host was truly a genuine and committed host. That is a rare quantity. There are many professional hosts, but this host is truly considerate of each guest."

"The pictures on the website look very welcoming and clean. In person this room was pretty much the crappiest stay of my life. The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable. the sheets were hopefully clean but the blanket had a white substance on it. The room smelled so bad of dust and chemicals it burned my nose all night and I was Ike up with a horrible headache that I can’t get rid of. The room was renovated 8 years ago but it is not kept up… definitely not cleaned properly for a nightly rental....
