"Nel complesso bene, la casa è davvero ben organizzata e pulita, host veramente gentile e disponibilissimo, unica pecca al check-in non ho avuto modo di ottenere il numero dell host e il servizio clienti (difficile da reperire) non ha risolto il problema. Tolto ciò consiglio vivamente per vacanza relax in famiglia."

Few things were left out of property info or just falsely advertised, e.g. “extra twin-bed” (no where to be found, after we paid additional fee for extra person). Despite cleaning fee (and even after we had cleaned up as much as possible), we were asked to thoroughly clean kitchen and take trash out to the street. "We were a large family of 12 that we then were joined by an additional 4 for a total of 16 people. The house was very spacious with lots of room for everyone. Mimo was very attentive to all our questions. We have lots of family that lives in Nicolosi so it worked out to be our meeting place with it's beautiful views.
