"The customer service was excellent. The hotel itself is lovely. The room was really beautiful and comfortable the only small issue we had was temperature control (the thermostat was a bit fiddly) and the water coming through the pipes from other rooms could be noisy at times but aside from that which wasn’t a major thing was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. The lifts however were not the best. One was out of order and the other was small so there were queues building up and they took a long time to arrive. Overall I would recommend this hotel as the suites are very luxurious. Comfy bed A+ "

"The hotel is very good, conveniently located close to the station & shopping. Our room is lovely with a great bathroom and is extremely clean and comfortable. Staff on reception and the bar were excellent. "

"To get a stay this cheap in the first instance (£35) right by Piccadilly, I was surprised but not expecting much. It was beyond my expectations, very big room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. I’ll stay here again when I’m in Manchester for sure"
