"This property deserves more than 5 stars for location! Not only are you a block or two from the Main Street, but the free shuttle to Sunshine was just 2 blocks away.Also, having en suite bathrooms for each bedroom made it really convenient for our multi-family stay.The house was well appointed with the basics like dish and laundry detergent, plastic wrap, paper towels, etc. Would highly recommend!"

"Overall very positive experience. Tons of room for large group and nice common spaces. Some things to be aware of: They are very strict about noise. Quiet hours start at 11pm and we received texts from property manager at 11:01pm about being too loud. The fridge is way too small for a house that sleeps 22. And the trash is a hall down the road. Other than those minor things, everything was perfect. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jackie's Cottage! The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown—no car needed to access restaurants, supermarket or shops. The rooms were spacious, and the high-quality bedding made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to enjoy meals in. Jackie was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to meet. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Banff!"

"Awesome location, can walk to downtown in 2min. Showers and toilets are a little tight for larger people but clean and nice to have 3 bathrooms. Fridges big enough to fit pizza boxes, cutlery, cups, everything else you need. Could use a coffee pot was my only complaint lol"

"Beautiful and large historic home tastefully decorated and amazingly spacious with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms & gathering spaces making for such a wonderful place for our extended family to gather!! Not only was there a large living room, dining room, and kitchen area, but also a tv room, a games room, and two sitting areas on the upper floors as well so everyone could be together or have separate spaces as they pleased. The only thing to be careful about is that your ability to lock the door...

"We were a group of four couples who thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect setup, offering community as well as privacy, with four en suite bedrooms that were spacious and comfortable. The living room provided a gathering space, and the full kitchen and dining table allowed us to do some cooking and dining in as well as going out a couple of times.
