"Arrived at the hotel and checked into our room which was a double room, which looked large on photos but wasn’t at all. Had to speak to reception about a loud whirring noise coming from the radiators. Peter the maintenance man came and told us it should not have been happening, he was super helpful. Honey on the desk sorted us an upgraded replacement room within a few minutes which was a much better and bigger room with no noise. The only downside is after visiting the hot tub and pool, myself and my partner left feeling incredibly itchy and my skin has come out in rashes on my hands which has lasted a number of days. This has been diagnosed as hot tub folliculitis which is due to poor sanitation in the pool facilities. Avoid them if possible. "

"Clara welcomed us with friendly professionalism. She made sure we received the free transit passes that were good for our entire stay. She upgraded our room to a loft with hot tub. We said we didn’t need our room cleaned and received a note saying we could get anything we might be short of from the front desk. One of the staff saw us on our balcony and brought us two chairs for the deck. We were impressed. "
