"The hotel is great! My nephew and I arrived early and luckily we were able to check in. The young lady who checked us in was very nice and polite. So was the young gentleman at the desk and the breakfast staff. However, the blond lady was extremely rude when my nephew came down the stairwell laughing loudly and running.
