"The hotel was located across the street from the train station which was extremely convenient. The hotel staff were helpful and courteous. They had wonderful huge breakfast assortment which was included in our reservation. The only draw back was people congregated around outside of hotel and were talking and playing music loudly until late at night. They had stopped by the time we went to sleep. Other than that we enjoyed the hotel. "

"Located under a minute from the tram stop, we were greeted with excellent service as soon as we walked in. Check in was smooth and was offered coffee, tea, and water. Then we were personally shown to our room. The clerk carried some of our luggage and brought our spa robes as well. The room is modern and spacious.
