The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

They gave us great tips on the area, which is really lovely. They were interesting and easy to talk to. They left us local salami, a loaf of fresh bread and some local beers for our first night. Antonia took the time to show us how to use the washer and gave us extra detergent, which was great being several days into a two week road trip with 4 people....
