"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again. "

"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"

"I can not say anything wrong about it really; the staff was friendly breakfast very complete swimming pool with water heated and the breath taking joao frenandes beach is only half a block away... what else do you need for a break"

"Just perfect! The hotel is stunning with its natural, scandinavian-style look and feel. Peaceful despite being so close to all of the Buzios buzz. The decor is well-thought. Every single staff member is friendly and helpful. They really do care about making your stay comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. The hotel was very accomodating. Every little detail and attention from the welcome drink to the evening macaroons and goodbye gift was a lovely touch. Nothing to say on the cleanliness. Breakfast was unique and absolutely luscious. Everything is prepared there and then, high quality produce used and very natural. I recommend trying their cereal bar too. They were also very accomodating to my milk protein intolerances. The gym is a little dated but it is good enough for a short trip. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This hotel is in front of Praia do Peró, next to Praia do Conchas. Words fall short to say that they are beautiful and incredible. In the mornings you can go for a walk or run on the beach. The hotel is beautiful, the food is exquisite. We went to celebrate our birthday, and we were surprised that they noted the date of birth in our passports, because at breakfast they sang Happy Birthday to us and made all the Brazilians who were staying sing and they did it with great pleasure. And they gave us a cake that we loved. There are also gluten-free options. What a beautiful hotel... the room was very comfortable. I'm going back to Cabo Frio... and this hotel made us feel at home."
