Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Experiência Mista no Royal Urban

Esta foi minha segunda hospedagem no Royal Urban. Diferentemente da primeira experiência, fiquei no quarto 805, onde tive alguns inconvenientes: o ar-condicionado não resfriava, funcionando apenas como ventilador; a pia do banheiro apresentava problemas de escoamento; a lixeira do banheiro estava enferrujada; e, pela manhã, o banheiro exalava um mau cheiro. Além disso, notei maus hábitos de alguns hóspedes, que deixavam pratos sujos nos corredores. Por outro lado, o hotel oferece muitos pontos positivos: um espaço excelente para trabalho, com acesso à internet de boa qualidade; sala de jogos, piscina, academia, restaurante e uma localização privilegiada com uma vista deslumbrante.

Vale um olhar.

Foi razoável, a distancia da praia era maior do que a do mapa. No quarto me surpreendi com ar desligado durante a noite, uma pane elétrica, foi resolvido. Tinha um pequeno vazamento perto do vaso. A banheira era pequena e isso não estava descrito. Enfim alguns apontamentos.

Não surpreendeu.

Razoável! Estava hospedado no Golden Tulip Hotel, resolvi estender a viajem por mais 1 dia e escolhi, o Royal Urban pelas fotos, o hotel parecia incrível, porém, pessoalmente não foi o q eu esperava, a área da piscina é feia, mas o que mais me incomodou foi as cortinas q não vedavam as luzes de fora, q são muitas, a própria luz do quarto, mesmo após apagada, permanece florescente, atrapalhando muito pra dormir, a luz do ar condicionado tbm era muito forte, que tive que cobrir com uma roupa. Mas a pior coisa foi q, ao usar o banheiro pela primeira vez, o vaso entupiu, fiquei com vergonha de pedir ajuda e resolvi eu mesma tentar desentupir, deu muito trabalho, passei a metade da noite desentupindo vaso. O café da manhã é excelente, só faltou a área da omelete funcionar.
