Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Alguns cantos do quarto estavam sujos, a cabeceira da cama estava com muito pó e cheiro de mofo. As toalhas estavam com cheiro estranho antes mesmo do primeiro uso.

Ja é a terceira vez que fico hospedada nesse hotel. Porem essa ultima vez o quarto nao foi tao bom, a tv estava com a tela ruim, espaco pequeno e so tinha 1 cadeira na varanda. No demais esse hotel é otimo, pretendo voltar outras vezes.

Uma má experiência pode afetar todo o restante
Infelizmente algumas coisas nos marcaram negativamente na estadia. A experiência no café da manhã foi a pior delas. No primeiro dia do café, chegamos no restaurante às 9:30. Pouco antes do café encerrar, um rapaz veio nos avisar para caso quiséssemos, nos servir de algo mais. Minha esposa levantou e foi pegar uma salada de frutas. Enquanto minha esposa estava se servindo, um Sr. Careca começou a tirar toda a mesa do café, inclusive a salada de frutas. Ele foi tirando todas as comidas de maneira brutal, como se o mundo estivesse acabando e a coisa mais importante a se fazer era tirar a mesa do café da manhã. Uma barulheira que só de prato batendo, talheres… Esse Sr. Me parecia ser o líder da cozinha e constantemente tratava mal seus subordinados. O café da manhã é uma das horas mais esperadas pelos hóspedes, um momento que deve ser de paz e celebração e não um momento de desordem, barulho e falta de educação. Infelizmente essa experiência negativa nos fará não querer mais voltar ao hotel. Outro ponto tbm que deve ser considerado é que a área de lazer/piscina é totalmente inacessível para quem esteja necessitando de algum auxílio. Não possui elevador direto e a escada para cercar até lá não tem corrimão, além disso, o piso ao redor da piscina não é anti-derrapante o torcendo extremamente perigososo.

Razoavel. O ar condicionado é bem antigo e faz muito barulho. Não havia coberta no quarto quando fomos solicitar na recepção a atendente disse que talvez não tivesse. Mas acabou conseguindo uma O café tanto da máquina quanto coado são péssimos. Um hotel com uma estadia que não é barata pode comprar um pó de café melhor. Em Muitos momentos só havia uma pessoa na recepção o que tornava tudo confuso. Eu não me hospedaria de novo, só se.fosse por um preço menor.

Hotel de porte muito bom. Potencial para melhorar e muito. Funcionários atentos e solícitos. Tudo funciona no quarto. Chuveiro ótimo, hidro excelente, amenitites de 1a qualidade com suas de banho e espuma para banho de excelência. Fora shampoo e condicionador e sabonetes — tudo de primeira. Cama boa, ar gelando e split, tv com canais diversos, movelaria em bom estado, varanda enorme c/ vista mar linda! Roupas de cama e toalhas em bom estado (pode melhorar). Hotel que chama de volta. Foi uma surpresa muito boa.

Ótima estadia- café da manhã Top
Tivemos uma ótima estadia desde o check-in ao chek-out, funcionários bem solícitos e educados, quarto e roupas de cama bem limpinha, café da manhã de excelência, porém observamos alguns pontos que podem ser melhorados, tais como: porta de acesso ao quarto agarrando, portas do guarda roupa precisam ser lubrificadas (fazem muito barulho ao abrir e fechar ) porta de acesso à recepção, agarrando no chão dificultando a abertura total da mesma, que para abri-la temos que fazer um certo esforço levantando-a, percebemos também que os banheiros que ficam na sacada de acesso a area de lazer estavam inutilizados e com mal cheiro, caso o mesmo não seja para ser utilizado mas, que seja interditado. Ressalto que nenhum desses pontos, citados acima, impediu que tivéssemos uma boa estadia.
