" Our stay at Insólito was nothing short of spectacular! The pictures simply don't do justice to the beauty and vibe of this hotel. The stunning overview of Ferradura Beach, the lush gardens, the exquisite decor, and the perfect pool all contribute to an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best we've ever had. The service was just as impressive, with every detail meticulously attended to, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any requests. A special shoutout to Raisa at the bar and restaurant, who was fantastic! An added bonus is the hotel's proximity to a very chill beach club with live music right in front of the beach, which hotel guests can access for free. Staying at Insólito was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit to Búzios, and we can't wait to return for a longer stay."

"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again. "
