O apartamento é sensacional, em frente à praia da ferradura, o restaurante tem uma chef top também, e o café da manhã sensacional. Uma das melhores experiências que já vivemos. "This was an incredible property. I found it unique and totally a vibe. My vibe. It was classy and elegant while holding an earthy feelings. Lots of plants and natural light. The property was very clean, room was clean and well organized. I felt like it was worth every dollar. Truly a first class experience. Everyone was very professional, helpful and genuinely kind. I bounced around hotels while I stayed in Búzios and this was by far my favourite. Filipe at the front desk was a gentleman. I came while he was helping other people. He asked them to wait a moment. Excused himself and told me I could sit in the hotel while I waited. Was like a nice comfortable living room. He assured me he would assist me soon. When he did come he took me for a complimentary drink and then showed me around. Excellent service. I can’t say enough. Waiting uncontrollably is the worst and he made sure I didn’t feel this at all. 10 out or 10 recommend! "

"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again. "

"We stayed for three nights at this cosy boutique hotel and we had a wonderful time. It has a direct private access to the beach front. Private parking is also a big plus in Buzios. The view from the room is outstanding. I highly recommended. "

"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"
