"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cerró Lodge. The staff were amazing and made sure that we enjoyed our time. They booked us on a bird and crocodile tour on the Rio Tárcoles that I would certainly recommend. The pizza we had for dinner was delicious. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. I look forward to visiting again!"

"Bahia Rica Was an oasis in Paquera. We stayed for one night and did the bioluminescent tour and Isla Tortuga. The guest house was a rustic sanctuary where you feel one with nature. Lots of monkeys, and beautiful birdwatching. 253 steps down to a secluded beach where we had breakfast and we’re given various choices of cuisine. Isla Tortuga was awesome with Juan as a guide. They came out and cooked me and my two colleagues and wonderful meal and delighted us with stories and suggestions for activities. A must stay if coming to the area!"
