"Nice spot on the beach for our family of 6. Gated security was excellent, property was in good condition for a beachfront location with some years on it. Not the property owner’s fault at all, but it is next to a construction site that begins work at 6am - not ideal for kids that need to sleep. Overall, 4/5."

"Property exceeded expectations. The property managers were fantastic. They were available to help and quick to respond to each concern. They also helped us plan activities to make our stay even better. The location had a wonderful view and access to several pools. It was inside Los Sueños resort which felt very comfortable but also a sort drive or walk to great local places to eat and shop. We had a daily drive to a local panadería for amazing baked goods for cheap. We highly recommend this...

"This was a great stay. The pools are beautiful and warm, comfortable rooms, the beach is great for boogie boarding or surfing (bought a boogie board for $8USD at Maxi Pali). The beds could have better mattresses, but there were lots of details that show a caring owner, from beautiful shampoo and conditioner, a well stocked kitchen, and a brand new sponge for dishes. This was our most comfortable stay for our family of 5 in two weeks of traveling with several accommodations. The A/C was great....

"This place was beyond beautiful and the balcony is very private. Great beach right in front and walkable to good restaurants. We even saw turtle tracks in the sand in front of the condo and had the most amazing sunsets! Comfortable beds and nice showers. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This property was amazing and the photos did not do the property justice. The property manager was difficult to contact, but The Palms resort personnel were excellent to work with along with Vacasa Rentals. You have access to the neighboring resort, and that is spectacular as well. We will definitely be coming back here!"

"Beautiful place for our stay in Jaco. Air conditioning works perfectly. The pool is lovely, with some good shade morning and afternoon. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Some minor inconveniences - elevator up to 8th floor opens on floors 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8… every trip up. Dryer very handy but in need or repair, making a very loud scratching sound. "
