We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the room was luxurious and clean, and the bathroom perfection! Morning room service was fast. We enjoyed dinner at Ruth Chris next door and it was also lovely. "We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!"
