"The room had blood in the bathroom when we arrived. I notified maintenance and they cleaned it pretty quickly, but I gave it 3 stars for that. The front lobby is beautiful and the breakfast bar was great every morning! I loved the secluded quiet of the location! "

"The staff were very welcoming and attentive to the guest. The waitresses on duty for breakfast were smiling faces & very helpful. Breakfast at this location was great, buffet style and made to order. Very clean property. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms a little small but very clean. Highly recommended"

"Gorgeous and classy hotel, with high end amenities and an impressive mini bar. Great location and close to the airport. Herons, the restaurant in the hotel, was a bonus as well. Food and presentation were superb! For a hotel of this caliber though, I was underwhelmed by the staff. My expectations were high given the price point etc. They didn’t seem as “polished” or friendly as one would expect. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay there again. "
