"Had to ask for extra services I needed, but they came through. Great lobby with small seating cubbies and TVs. Pretty weird that they shut down Bistro for holidays so I had to go offsite for food and drink. At least there was a market in lobby. "

"we had to moved to 3 rooms with in 2 days. the heat did not work and the first night we froze as if we were outside. They were having trouble with the heat. We moved rooms the next morning to a room that heat did not work. later that night we asked to be moved and that evening we were moved to a room that had heat."

"Elevators both out of order. Not good. Clerk kindly offered to move us from 4th to 2nd floor but not a huge deal. Hotel needs updating but room was clean and well equipped. Good location"
