The hotel is in a great location, but it wasn't until I was sent a reminder of my reservation a couple of days in advance, that I was notified the hotel was under renovations. We definitely were put in a room that had not been renovated and needed attention.

The hotel and room were great. Was disappointed there wasn't a Continental breakfast. The only breakfast was $14.99. I don't imagine very many people eat there. Probably only business travelers with business accounts.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Check in was efficient. The room was so comfortable - we slept well and had everything we needed. The ADA bathroom was spacious and safe. The shower head was easily positioned for height. Hot water - yes!!

The property was extremely well managed across all areas, and the hospitality was on an elite level at each encounter. I would have enjoyed having access to MSNBC. Hopefully, that channel will be made as acceptable as the others.
