The owner messaged before arriving for stay, to say there was an issue with hot tub, and he was arranging someone to look at it. He was very apologetic about this and it was repaired the following morning, and all ready to use later on in the day. "We were very impressed by the rooms. They were large and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace and the fully-equipped kitchen. My son loved the little yellow room over the stairs. Communication with the owners was easy as they were on-site, though we had no issues. We would return here in an instant! "

"Apartment is great if you want to be right in the heart of the city but during our stay the front door to the apartment complex did not lock and was not fixed during our 2 night stay. Did not make us feel the safest, thankfully the area seemed safe. The bed is not the comfiest, and the bathroom is very small. "

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."
