"Upon arrival and making it into the building, we were faced with 3 rooms. We had no idea which room was ours and none of our emails from SCP indicated the name of our room. We had to write and wait for info. We were in the Lorenzo room which was down a dreaded, tight spiral staircase. The room was basically clean if you overlooked the dead bugs along the window sill in the bathroom. Warning: no fridge in the room so good luck keeping your vodka cold. And when attempting to open the outside entry...

"Although this hostel is a quite cheap place to stay at I absolutely recommend you to think twice before booking. In the shared room THERE ISN'T AC. During summer it's impossible to sleep. If I knew about it before I would stay at a different place for sure. I cannot explain lack of such fundamental deivce in Italy as AC, especially in this region. Bathroom has only access to cold water. Actually it's literally freezing temperature so good luck taking a shower, eventhough outside is 35-40...

However it would have been better if I had my own transportation as using public transport restricted the outings I was able to do. The buses finished early which meant so did I. When we arrived here was nobody there to receive us so we were stuck at the gate for 1/2 an hour until I got the attention of a guest by sounding the car horn.
