"I like everything. The family that owns the property do whatever they can to be helpful. It's high on a hill with beautiful, very Umbrian, views. I guessing it is because we were one of the furthest rooms from the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel and if you are lucky enough to stay there, I recommend the Osteria a Priori for dinner. It is across from the hotel and the food is delicious."

"The accommodation was just what I needed in terms of quietness and tranquility. However it would have been better if I had my own transportation as using public transport restricted the outings I was able to do. The buses finished early which meant so did I. The host was alright as I only met Daniele. Every thing apart from the room was charged separately. The breakfast was not worth it in my opinion as you get whatever you get, no choice in the matter. Very close to main historical square- about 200 metres lower , mostly on escalators, through an array of historical tunnels which would be a high priced attraction anywhere else in Italy. If coming by train, catch the excellent and novel Mini Metro from the end of platform one. Get off at Pincetto and head right and mostly downhill. The hotel is about 200 m away from the stop.
